The Eternal Student can be interpreted in both a positive and negative way, sort of glass half-full and glass half-empty (though, I prefer to see it as a need. A need to fill the glass).
Glass Half-Empty (Negative/Pessimist):
The Eternal Student, the person who chooses to be a student to avoid working or starting a real job. A person in denial or refusing to plug into the “real” working world.
Glass Half-Full (Positive/Optimist):
The Eternal Student, the person who choose to continually learn and be a student, because he wants to learn.
The Eternal Student, the person who is constantly in a STATE of learning. This state is a state of mind and not his/her occupation. He or She is in this state because the glass ALWAYS needs to be filled.
Which one are YOU? Or are you a working adult? – An adult that is a useful and contributing (hopefully) member of society.
