Great Thinkers

The following are a list of GREAT Man who I take as my role models/teacher etc and while I am nowhere near the calibre or capacity, I strive to be as learned as these man and be the best version of me I can be in their footsteps.

1) Noam Chomsky

The Father of Modern Linguistic and one of the foremost thinker/philosopher currently alive. He is a role model to me and a great man/thinker for me to learn from. I do encourage you to do so too. He has wrote more than 100 books on linguistic and politics. Though I am embarrassed to say that I have only read 9 of his books as of January 2016

2) Abū ʿAlī al-Ḥusayn ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Sīnā

This Author of the Book of the Canon of Medicine. Yes I wrote correctly, this is the REAL man who wrote the famous Canon of Medicine, the standard medical text, and not some European during the Renassiance period (Yes, yes medical doctors/students, this is the man that wrote the Cannon of Medicine). This great man has wrote more the works from Philosophy, medicine astronomy, alchemy, geography and geology, psychology, Islamic theology, logic, mathematics, physics and poetry.
